Hiya, I saw your post here and I am replying because I am in a similar situation.
I got an XPC SD31P which doesn't boot past the POST checks and very rarely lets me enter the BIOS (by pressing DEL). This happens with the minimal set-up - just a CPU and some RAM, no drives etc.
- I raised an RMA request on Friday 15.Sep.2006 at 8AM by email.
- Mark from Entagroup replied in the afternoon with my RMA number.
- The Parceline courier turned up on Monday 11AM 18.Sep.2006 to pick up the Shuttle.
Here, it wasn't compulsary for me to include the RAM and CPU, but I have decided to do it, so that they could eliminate all possibilities, given that it wasn't a faulty motherboard.
My only gripe was the fact that I wasn't informed as to when the courier were turning up. Luckily, I gave Entagroup my work address, so that someone could take receipt of the collection.
I'll update this post when I have gotten the diagnosis and the date that the Shuttle comes back, hopefully in accordance to OcUK's 7-day turnaround.
