How long was it before your partner moved in with you

At 3.40am? Bet the neighbours loved that. :p

Same, 6 months after getting together we moved in. We're approaching our 2 year anniversary now. Our first daughter is due any day. :)

Pretty much straight away. We met at uni and she was my next door neighbour in halls and when we started seeing each other, we stayed in each others rooms and have lived with each other every since and its been 16 years now.
 
1st gf: 4 months
2nd gf: never
3rd gf: 2 months
Final gf: 1 year, then bought a place 4 months later, that we have been living in for 1 year and 4 months
 
Um 6 years. Started going out at school, then went to different unis. Moved in together once we finshed uni and save up some money.
 
1st girl i went out with at uni i lived next door to in halls, moved in to 2 shared houses together after; girl i went out with after her moved in after my final year. not lived with any other girlfriends.

Hmm so maybe my concerns about hooking up with my new flatmate are unfounded then. Weren't you worried about 'defecating on your proverbial doorstep'?
 
Weird, my daughters were talking about this last night.
Even back in 1980 it was very rare for couples to 'move in' together and even my proposal was 'Lets get married so I can move away from my Mum'.
I remember my Sister In Law living with her boyfriend around 1985 and it caused quite a few raised eyebrows and out of the 1000s of 1000s of people I knew they were the only ones.
How times change.
 
About 10 years ago. She's been attached to me for 23 years going solid, we go everywhere together, even to the toilet.

My boyfriend and I had been together 7 months when he moved in with me. His move did involve a 230mile shift as well though from Yorkshire to Sussex. All's good so far.
 
This one? One month.

The dishes needed doing.

Been together 8 years now, 3 kids. Things are pretty good, although the earache to pleasure ratio sometimes becomes imbalanced.

There is absolutely nothing a bottle of Lambrini and a bag of Haribo won't sort out.
