I made some nice flapjacks last Monday but then came down with quite severe food poisoning -- not related to them incidentally! I'm now recovered and have a big pile of them left and just wondering if they'd be ok? They've just got oats, butter, sugar, assorted dried fruit in? I'm guessing butter may be the danger.. they have been in an airtight tupperware since they were made :confused: Hate to see them go to waste!
 
Yeah they're a week old. Been in a good airtight tupperware the whole time. Kinda thought they'd be ok but the girlfriend is always a bit nervous about that sort of thing. Mind you I am now after that food poisoning.. :(
