How long will my opty 170 & other 939 items last.

How long till I will need to up grade.

opty 170 @ 2.8
DDR 514 (approx)
A8N32 sli delux
HD 2900 XT 512 (currently cpu is the bottle neck)

I game at 1920x1200.

How much long will my current setup last playing top of the line games.

with my current cooler, a big typhon I can not clock my cpu any more.

if the new thermalright coolers are so good I could get a 939 Bolt-Thru-Kit. And a new cooler this will let me use it on my 939 board.

Now is it worth me getting the new cooler and kit (£50 approx) for maybe a 3 gig clock or leave it as it is untill AMD have released thier new quads. And see how the CPU market goes.

MOH airborne runs fine, and anything else I throw at it seems to run ok.

question will Crysis.

And I run all settings maxed in games.

Any help would be greatfull.

Personally I would wait till the new chips are out at the very least.

Your system should cope quite well till atleast the end of the year, more than likely longer if you take a drop in quality

I can always swap to my 19" to game.
