I currently have a nVidia GTX 260 that I upgraded from a 8500GT just over a year ago.

How long do you think it would be until I should consider upgrading it?

My GPU can play COD Black Ops on nearly highest settings with good FPS. I would use a new GPU for games.

probably when ps4 and xbox360 2 come out....

as games wont get any better till then. that will be few years away. I have 460 and wont upgrade for long time
 
Good, by then I would have more money, and I would be able to get a good graphics card for hopefully not too much of a high price (below £180-200). :)
