How many 360 pads you own?

Ive made it a kind of personal mission to complete the 'ring of light' by having 4 pads. Only up to 3 atm as i just picked one up of the MM for £25.

You might say its pointless as most games are max 2player and besides 4player split screen is kind of gay. But i find its a great way of keeping a good condition pad for your main one.

My first pad (bought feb with console), now the player 3 pad and back on AA's is very worn. The stick has no 'nodules' for grip so your thumb slips off all the time also its cracked a little around the seam due to game rage tossings.

My player 2 pad picked up off ebay has a wierd issue where every so often the battery slips out of place and it turns off. Not annoying enough to send it back tho tbh still got a good feel to it.

Now the mint one i got off the MM seems perfect, feels like new. When this starts to wear out I geuss ill complete my ring of light :)

No idea what im rambling on about now, bored i geuss lol.

How many pads do you have? and why?

Oooooo spam, I like spam :p!

I only have two as that's all I need. Well, until Fusion Frenzy 2 comes out that is.

I bought a second pad at launch, as I think 2 is the minimum. I haven't bought any more as 4 player is the next step, and that requires quite a bit more money, and is much less commonly used.

Ive got 2 wireless and 1 wired, always need at least 2 for mates coming round, and the wired one lets me ue it on the 360 or the PC. Only had all 3 in once, so no need for a 4th yet.. Maybe once a decent footy game is out Ill pick up another.

I have 3 wireless pads, two came with my 360, the other I bought back in January to play on my housemates 360.

Just 2 pads as that's all I think you need.

I do expect to get a wheel, flightstick and arcade stick as and when decent ones become available, I'd go for a "snowboard" controller as well if they did those.

Theres something about the thought of you stood in your living room wiggling around on a plastic snowboard that deeply...deeeeply scares me.

Hehe. The truth is I have TWO of them for the old Xbox and when drunk a touch of Amped is great, especially if I have friends round.

Got 4 wireless ones. However two of them need replacing as fight night has ruined the right analogue stick on both, and tiger woods has wrecked the left bumper button.

I've got two wireless ones and two wired ones. I didn't know how much use I'd get out of the wired ones, but 4-player FIFA WC is proving to be popular.

We've been playing 4 players on one side vs. the computer. Everyone runs after the ball and there's no defense what-so-ever. It's just like being back at school. :)

2 wireless.

The original one went a bit wobbly (but still works) on the casing after I smashed it against the wall during a FIFA Global Challenge :o

Whilst the best controller on any console, im finding them to be lacking in durability. The one wireless I got with launch has developed a dodgy Y button (making through balls impossible on PES). Bought a new one and that has a strange issue where the light ring stays on even when the consoles off. Dont think it drains too much on the battery but its not right.

=/ methink you take this gaming lark too seriously.

1 wired, 1 wireless. If more people want to play they can buy their own pads rather than knackering mine. Got the wired because I use it on the PC too.
