How many and where should i put the fans

Hi All
I currently have 5 Fans on my case,
1- at the back blowing out
2 - PSU that suck in from underneath
3 - A normal fan suck in from underneath
4 - Intake from the front
5 - CPU Hydro H60 V2 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler on top of the case blowing out.

Is this tooo many?? can i reduce?

Build -
i7 CPU 2011
Gigabyte Motherbored (cant remeber the model UD3 or summint)
16GB Ram again not sure on the make
980Ti GTX
Samsung 850 Evo
4 x 500 GB storage drive.
I have a case cosair big tall tower

You could possibly remove the intake from the bottom.

I have way more fans in my case, but am not too fussed over noise vs cooling efficiency.

What size are each of the fans you have?

No you want that many fans or more.
