How many computers can I install windows 10 onto?

Okay so the title pretty much sums it up. I bought a windows 10 32/64 Pro CD key from software geeks. I cant seem to find an answer on if I can install this on multiple devices? I have my new PC coming today and the PC im currently using is in dire need of a fresh install. Its currently running windows 7 and I never chose to upgrade. Will I be allowed to install windows onto my new pc then format this one with the same cd key or is it a 1 use thing?

Keys are 1 use now, you can install it again but the other PC will pop up and say it can't auto activate as the keys already registered to another device. You'll need to go through the activation line to see if it will activate.

Just upgrade the old pc to Windows 10 using the still working link for those using assistive technology (you do use magnifier/sticky keys don't you

Once it has been activated you can wipe and re-install and it should automatically activate itself.

You can wipe and re-install, no need to do an in place upgrade first.
