How many computers does 1 house need!!!

Just in the process of moving house and was amazed to find that I have 9 computers :eek: and will thus probably have to order a new van to lug all this kit next weekend.

:D Mad you say! yep I agree, have been playing, building, shifting on to mates and upgrading for 2 years whilst here, but seemed to keep some of the good ones!!!!

How many machines have you lot got (dont include the zx81, speccy stuff), I only ask so I either dont feel so stupid or am not alone in my stupidity!! :D

oh, and no sarky comments cavemanoc!! most of this is your fault! :D

When I lived in college I think the most working machines I've had in my one little room was three, now I have a proper flat I'm down to just the one :(

4 here. Only one is generally on 24/7 and the laptop is on most days. I have a server all working, but the Xbox is being used instead, due to lack of wall sockets in this room. Have another one that is in working order but some of the components are elsewhere.
 
Already I am not feeling as daft!

I think after I move I will have a great big sell off and build a conroe system of some kind!
 
2 servers (although one's meant to be elsewhere), 2 desktops, 1 media centre, 2 laptops, 1 that I'm not using till i repair it, 1 that's retired because it's old.

So 9 in total, 7 in use.

Well Tbird I will happily buy some bits off you :p I need a living room media pc, am after about a 2500 cpu mobo and 256 or more ram. Was suprised that a sempron 64 2800 cpu mobo and ram costs £5 more then a duron 1800 system!
 
Just two: My PC and my notebook. Got a few small parts lying about (fans, a PSU, DVD drive etc) but nothing major. If I don't need something, I usually sell it - I'd rather have the money!

Used to have a fair bit more stuff lying about, but my parents discarded a lot of it when I moved out to Uni.
