well this stems from a tv show about Marty feldman i watched last night.he was doing a scene for a movie and before he actually did it he drunk 52 cups of coffee :D:D i bet he was like neo in the matrix :D.

how many do you drink a day, how many would be considered dangerous?

I'd say no more than 2 or 3. Same goes for coke an Redbull etc. It's all bad. Although I personally have more than this most days :(

not sure on coffee. your liver/kidneys can only process so much of anything/everything.

the problems start when you layer coffee, chcolate, booze etc. only so much it can cope with.

52 is going to make you ill.

5-6 small cups a day (not mega litres of black juice from costa coffee) should be alright.

just drink plenty of water.

I average two cups of black coffee a day. Sometimes it can be three or four if I go out to a cafe in the afternoon to read/write.

had 3 this morning so far. probably another 2 this afternoon/evening.

then a couple of beers as well.

I consider this to be a little on the high side.... but I do it anyway.

I usually drink no more than 3 cups of tea, black no sugar. (Milk ruins the health benefits)

I highly doubt 52 cups is actually true, he'd probably of had a caffiene overdose.

Personally i'd be more worried about the refined crud sugar you put in your brew, rather than the coffee itself.

I normally drink three or four a day (one or two in the morning and the same in the evening). I generally try to balance it out by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
