How many days off work do you get a year?

So my employer has a new portal which shows our total benefits package including quantifying the monetary value of holiday.

I get 25 days holiday + bank holidays (8 this year) + 3 days off between Christmas and New Year which comes to 36. I'll also get another 5 days off as annual leave after 5 years' service.

How much does everyone else get off, is this above average?
 
AFAIK working full time gives you 28 days statutory holiday per year, but this can include BHs.

You probably get slightly above average.
 
I get 33 per year but I am required to work bank holidays if my shift falls on them. I prefer it to the usual 25+8 as it gives me more flexibility and only 4/8 of my shifts fall on bank holidays.
 
13 weeks....and then bank holidays. I always thought a month (20 days) was about par?
 
32 as of next year that includes BH. It was 34 when I signed the contract about 6 weeks before the MD decided to change it all :rolleyes:
 
25 + BH is normal, I get 28 + BH in my current job.

A lot of companies require you to take three days off between Christmas and New Year, which is annoying if you don't have family commitments and enjoy three quiet days at work.
 
42 days of leave a year, that's it's, no public holidays and I have to BID for it the year before. If you take a week off off during the month they will generally just make you work harder for the next 3 weeks so they get the same amount of productivity by hours :/

This month I have 7 days off. I am an airline pilot, my days off are pretty much when the company decides they are.....

26 days paid holiday - goes up to 30 next year when I hit 10 years service.
All national bank holidays
26 weeks paid sickness leave (although over 63 score on bradford scale initiates investigation/disciplinary)
