Positive pressure is when you have, say... 5 intake fans and 2 outake fans. This means you have more air being sucked into the case by the 5 intake fans, than is being blown out by the 2 outtake fans. The effect of this is to create positive pressure inside the case... in effect there is too much air being blown in so some needs to escape. It escapes through the vents in the case which you can feel coming out.
Negative pressure is the opposite of this, for example 5 outtake fans with 2 intake fans. More air is being blown out of the case than being sucked in, so air is pulled in through the vents to make up for this.
Some people use positive pressure, others use negative pressure.
I use positive pressure as it stops dust from being sucked in through the vents which can make an open case like your HAF 932 or my HAF 922, which move a lot of air, very dusty. I have dust filters on all of my intake fans so all the air being sucked into my system is filitered on its way in.
