How many gold fish will a fishtank hold

As above size of tank is 18" x 12" x 12"

how many gallons is that?

will be ok? As I went to pet shop and ask for larger tank for my large goldfish
and she said this would be ok with more fish? It has a fluval 2 plus running all the time?

The filter is old I kept the old water from other tank and mixed it with new
also added aquasafe and easybalance to help sort water out. All the fish look ok.
But I hope I have not borked it as large goldfish is 7 years old.

Jaysus thanks for the tips I have done the third option but do you think it's ok for 6 gold fish for 11 gallon tank?

Thanks again jaysus the big one is a fancy one
the other 5 are just bog standard goldfish.
I will get the old tank out on Thursday and put the new ones in it.

Hi jaysus

Thanks for your help anyway I have got my old tank back out
and put 3 of the new goldfish into it. And in my new tank (10 gallons)
i have 1 large gold fish and 2 tiny ones will this be ok or do I need to go buy a bigger
tank on sat? If so what size?

Right guys

got myself new tank
height 24"
width 18"
depth 16

holds 68 litres
I will be running 2 filters ( 1 3 stage Filtration System (Mechanical, Chemical & Biological) and a Fluval 2 plus
how many goldfish will this be ok for?

Er wrong mate just take the heater out my large goldfish has
lived in the old version of the tank just smaller for the last 7 years ; )
and hes about 4" long.

No mate your Right I have sent the thing back.
I was looking at Rekord 700 aquarium holds 70 litres
I am only going to put 2 fish in max and return the others
