How many pci/pci e cards can I use on this motherboard?

Eventually I plan to use 2 6950s on this motherboard and I plan to leave a one slot space between them. With that in mind, how many pci and pci e slots would I be able to use for sound cards and wireless cards?

Top 1X PCI-E slot is free

3rd 1X PCI-E slot will be free

Bottom PCI slot will be free

Which way do the coolers on the cards face? Towards the ram slots or away from them?

The 3rd 1x PCI-E slot will (depending on card size) block the fan on the gpu and hinder airflow.

Depends where the fan is on the card. If it's a stock cooler with the fan on the end it'll fit up to it pretty flush.
