How many pins does USB 3.0 Header have?

As above, mine appears to have one missing and the opposite side connected doesnt appear to have any holes blocked off, can anyone just have a quick look and see if the pins are complete or do they all have one missing? Thanks

The one missing is intentional. One will be blanked on the plug so you cannot install it the wrong way round.

The one on its own is only for shield anyway!

Thats the thing, none on the plug are shielded

oops noob moment, just googled usb 3.0 header and they appear to all have one missing!!

In that case, your plug will have one cable missing, or is already keyed with the surround. Most connectors have a pin missing! All in different places.
