At the minute i do military pullups, all the way down so your arms are fully extended, i do 3 sets of 20, nice burn![]()
how many proper pull ups depends on the style.
proper id say are overgrasp pull ups where your pals are facing away from you, knuckels to you.
i can do around 7-9 atm
though normal pull ups which some class as pull ups where your pals towards you, can do around 40+
Zero pull ups, 4 chin ups.
