How many watts will I need?

Hello,
I'm currently looking into upgrading my power supply and I'm looking at this:

I have no idea what 430 Watts equates to in hardware.
I am buying this with an AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition and a XFX Radeon HD 5770.
Would this power supply provide sufficient power for these components or would I need something with a higher output?

That PSU is fine for that spec.

That max 213w figure includes the test system power.
