how many years is a Nvidia graphics card Founders edition warranty is it one or three years?

3 years and I got my 2060 replaced about 2 months into that due to a dodgy fan and it was a doddle to arrange although was a week without a card.

Once they accepted it, 2 weeks between me sending and getting one back but it took 3 weeks backwards and forwards asking for stuff/info I'd already given them to reach that point. Oh and they initially tried to tell me it was out of warranty, despite only having it for 10 months and buying on day 1.

Maybe others have had a better experience but they didn't read emails properly and were slow to respond.

That is definitely worth bearing in mind, my past RMA experiences with MSI where overall very good, Gigabyte was terrible, EVGA was great, Not yet tried ASUS RMA..

Thats a shame about Giga, My experience with them has been excellent (they sent me a b grade mobo when asus wouldn't do **** despite my faulty product being in warranty) plus they have an active guy on the forum who helps a lot, I like knowing I have an alternative path to getting an issue resolved if it starts going sideways.

I've had a couple of bad experiences with Asus over the years, so have a few of my close friends, so I try avoid them where possible.

I only buy from here and rainforest now, if something goes wrong it normally gets sorted fairly quickly.

Was the RMA slow, how long did it take for them to swap it.

Dunno if its maybe a wee bit better now than when the 1080ti was released as mine was picked up by UPS, taken to Amsterdam and returned in the space of 7 days at no cost in terms of postage. I could have course just have been lucky!
