How might one find a Socket-754 'Cooling Fan Retention Module' ?

Basically I'm trying to source, for a friend, the actual bracket that connects to the mobo and supports the HSF. It's seemingly impossible though, with my only obvious option being to find someone who has the mobo and who is willing to part with the bracket. So I'm wondering whether these can be purchased separately in the UK?.

This thread has 2 939 brackets for sale - I think they fit 754 too.
