How much better is Intel i5 Second gen CPU?

This one compared to this one

Intel® CoreTM i5 2410M (2.3GHz/3MB cache) Intel® CoreTM i5 480M (2.66GHz/3MB cache)

I'm basically trying to weight up which configuration to get - one had better processor I'm guessing? One has better graphics

Any help would be really appreciated!

The above link makes the 2nd gen look better than it actually is.Its comparing processors, 3.3GHz vs 2.6GHz hardly a fair comparison.
Second gen i5 is faster ...yes but only by ~10-15% clock for clock
