Upgraded from a 165 recently to a E6300.
No benchies but I get an extra 1500 points in 3dmark06. Seems generally faster. Have mine at 3.2 at the moment.

Not a e6300 (1862MHz) but a e6400 (2128MHz) and not an Opteron 165 (1800MHz) but an FX-60 (2600MHz).
