How much can I build a PC for that will run battlefiled 3 ultra or near ultra?

Hi guys. Going to be building a new pc in around april time that will be good enough to run battlefiled 3 on ultra or very close. I will be using an intel i5. I only need the base unit, already have screen, peripherals etc.
I was thinking in or around £500 - £550, is this realistic or can it be done for cheaper? Case doesn't have to be spectacular though I would like cable management, I also already have 8G of new ram from my mates PC.
Any ideas or help would be much appreciated guys!

I would say £600 is probably a more realistic budget for near ultra.

He isn't building till april. As Haswell is rumoured to land in the spring he might as well wait for the new socket mobos

I already have 16G of new Ram now and a genuine copy of Windows 7, so they can come off the budget!

How does 7850 compare to a GTX 580 @ 850 core as i can tell you now i get dips to 45 sometimes in certain areas like the streams or overlooking entire map.

This is with 99% GPU usage and a 4600MHZ 3570K so my GPU is bottlnecking me in BF3.

Just a thought.
