How much can I overclock my i7 920 too?

Hi,

I've just purchased a i7 920, didn't think it was worth doubling the price for the next model for a small increase in CPU. So I purchased a good fan and mobo, trouble is I have no idea how much I can OC a 2.66 i7.

With is setup what can I get the CPU too, or should I keep it at factory? I'll be using the PC everyday (12 hours) for work & gaming.

My setup

Mushkin Extreme XP3-12800 DDR3 1600 6GB 3x2GB CL8
NOX NX-1 Case with 3 fan holes
Nox Acid Blaster 120x120 x2 (case fan)

Intel Core i7 920 2.66Ghz Box Socket 1366
Arctic Cooling MX-2 thermal paste
