I can't sleep. I am too busy playing on my Wii whilst checking my auction to see how rich I am from my other Wii.
My Xmas is going to be great :)

Infact you could have got 2gb with £7 change with a bit of searching.

Would you pay £400 incl Zelda for one??... Thats if you didn't have the ones you have of course.

I could get one tomorrow from a dude living down the road from me for that, and could be playing Zelda tomorrow, but handing over 400 notes is a bit much I think.... isn't it?

Nope, and I'd sell you my spare one with zelda for less than that.
But then I wouldn't pay over the odds for it anyway, if I did not have one I'd wait until I could get a retail one for more sensible cash.

I don't understand why people are so willing to pay double for something when they can wait 4 weeks or so and get one. I also do not understand why people found it so hard to get one.

If you are watching the auction sites then you'll notice that around 5-8pm they dropped in price a lot. Then around 10pm they got dearer.

I assume that a lot of people stuck their spare ones on after shopping on Friday afternoon / early evening and with so many doing this and an auction every minute or less it killed the prices. With a lot less on around 11pm the price rises.....

Save youself £180 and wait till after Xmas or pay careful attention to the auction sites and get one when there are loads of auctions close together.

wait till next week and get to the shops early everyday :D

Yeah, I'd never go thru with it... just a moment of weakness :)

I didn't preorder one cos I didn't really want one, but then its released and i realise how much I want to play Zelda (typical huh :) ). But I know wouldn't pay over the odds for one.

Besides, thinking of it now, I would only get it for Zelda, never been too fond of the Nintendo machines recently as they are too "kiddie". I'm more of a 360, PS3 sorta person.

Cheers anyway, im NOT going to pay £400 for one :)

Me either, but then i'm the bloke that buys up all the cheap easter eggs the day after easter and returns all his xmas clothes that end up on sale. Then turns around and re buys them for half the price.

I wouldnt pay double the price for anything that I knew would be readily available in 4 weeks for half the price. But then I didnt always get everything I wanted for christmas.
