Just wondering what's the lowest you can build the following spec??

NVIDIA® TARGA GeForce® 6600 GT, 128 MB
SWISSBIT® DDR-RAM 1.024 MB
Seagate SATA 400 GB, 7.200 8 MB
Toshiba DVD±RW 16X, dual layer
DVB-T

Case, PSU, mobo, keyboard, mouse, etc.

can use any brand.
