What sort of speed difference will I see with an AMD64 FX-53 chip in games.

My current rig

Asus SLI Deluxe
AMD64 3000+ (OCed to 2.1ghz)
2gb Geil RAM
Geforce 6800 Ultra

also is 3ghz possible with overclocking this chip the one I just got is a sledgehammer
