i realise that, but just how much % wise could i expect
Than 4400X2:
Games? Anywhere from not much at all to a huge amount (depending on the graphics card you've got). If you want quantification, look on benchmark sites.
General Apps? Probably no different unless you're encoding or using photoshop... again, look at benchmark sites for proper quantification.
Than the P2.4C? A huge amount, regardless of application. Unless it's the standard Microsoft Office/browsing the net, etc.
