How much for MS to repair 360?

I'm looking to file a claim against a retailer and need to know how much it costs for MS to repair your 360 including and P&P costs incurred.

Ditto. It'd be worth phoning microsoft and finding out from them, may save you arsing around with the retailer.

You have to phone MS, if at the very least you want an accurate claim, you want it to reflect on you. How would it look in court, filing a claim against the retailer for a price which you got from an internet forum without contacting the place of repair.

How did you manage to get it for free? When ever I call I get an indian woman who says thats its impossible to get one for free.

my console is now showing the 3 lights and i purchesed it in may or april 2006 the date on the console is 2006-03-02.I doubt i will get mine repaired for free.
