I was wondering when too much becomes too much! I got my Shuttle SB61G2 in January 2004 and I have gradually upgraded the parts inside. This is what I have inside mine.

- P4 2.8 GHz HT (springdale)
- 1 GB Giel DDR, dual-channel
- WD Raptor 37 GB 10,000 RPS
- BFG Geforce 6800 GS OC
- Soundblaster X Fi
- LG DVD-RAM

All on a 250 W PSU :-)

Remarkably similar to my SB61G2v4:

- P4 3.2 GHz HT (northwood) @ 3.5 (220fsb)
- 2 GB Giel DDR, dual-channel
- Hitachi 300GB HDD
- BFG Geforce 6800 GS OC
- LG DVD-RAM

Runs a bit hot playing Qyake 4, but is stable enough. Sits inside a cabinet too!

SN85G4V3 jam packed with stuff lol

3400+ Clawhammer
2gb gskill ZX
dvd-rw
couple of hard drives
X-mystique sound card
X800pro with arctic cooler

in my old chassis i was modding that had all the above in, i also crammed a small fan and LED control unit i made just behind the front panel, changed and moved the PSU closer to the front (changed to a 200watt psu cos their smaller) so i could fit a 120x38mm delta focussed flow fan in, and had an 80mm noiseblocker inbetween my graphics card and front of the chassis then a blue LED to finish it all off lol

P4 3.0 clocked (normally around 10% for stability)
1gig ram
x800xt clocked about 10% too
2x samsung 160gb drives in raid0
tv analogue tuner card
tv digital usb bus powered card
wireless unit on usb header
bluetooth unit on usb port
cd drive
extra 2 fans
2x 12" external cathodes running off a molex
other various usb requirements like keyb etc.

that was on a 220w PSU but now have a 250w which all of the above is currently being modded

Shuttle xpc SB775 G5
P4 3.4 775 prescot
1 gig geil ultra pc4000
80 gig hard disk
Nec dL DVD Burner
Ati 9550 for now as only a surfing machine

I'm using an X-Qpack

It contains Opty 148 @ 2.5 with Zalman 7000, 2gig Gskill pc4000
Maxtors 80gbIDE + 120&200gb sata
Ati X1800XL
Sony DVDRW
Audigy Soundcard
DigiTv Card
Hardcano Fan controller
2x120mm Ambers
Seasonic 430W

Its all a bit to much at the moment so I plan to put a couple of HDDs and the DigiTv card in 24/7 machine

In my SN41G2 (using as a LAN sys):

XP3200+
1GB Ram
250GB Segate HD
9800 Pro (fan slowed to minimum)
TV Tuner
DVD Writer
Additional 80mm Papst fan
250W SilentX PSU

The extra 80mm fan keeps the HD cool and provides some cool air to the ram, really useful.
