It's basically a forum with approx 6,000 registered users.
Monthly visit count = 20,650.
Monthly hits = 1,505,431.

Is there anyway to convert this into a figure?

It's worth what someone will pay for it. The only way to monetise a site like that is through advertising. Do you have advertising on it? Does it make any money?

If it doesn't currently make money it's not worth anything.

This is a nutshell.

Depends what the buyer is looking for and what budget they have. I've seen relatively small sites sell for 6 figure sums because they filled a niche, but seen better established sites sell for a very small % of others.

I don't think a forum is worth much in general unless it has something unique like a good base of moderators or contributors and some actual content.

Either way you can't really judge the worth of a site on visitor numbers unless, 20k per month is still pretty negligible.

Edit: lol that website thinks my 0 PR domain which has had nothing on it for years is worth £13,000

so, my name - .com is worth $32k
Where do i sell this?
Oh, you mean i cant????
So, what is with this figure?

$3,212.78 for a website that hasn't been updated since December, carries no ads, sells no products and only gets visited by bots.

I think they're more than a little overestimating these things!

We just sold a domain name for around £9k.
It was a 2 letter co.uk domain - so a bit of a rarity.
But at the end of the day the domain was only worth £9k because me and the interested party did some bargaining and it was a figure he was prepared to pay.
