How much is the Nokia N70 worth?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I've tried searching the forums with no apt results but I'm sure it would have been!
Dropped and subsequently broke my N70 on Wednesday and those nice chaps are sendin g me a replacement today. I'm thinking of selling the phone and using the profits to pay off the rest of my contract so that I can then take out a new contract and get that lovely W810i for free.
I've tried looking through the completed items on that auction site but they all seem to be approx £250 and I wouldn't have expected it to be worth that much.
So, how much would you pay for a boxed N70 in good condition albeit with no memory card or headset (misplaced in a drink related misadventure),

Oh.....and comments about the sony phone please, is it basically a smarter looking W800? And how about the new sony one with the 3 megapixel camera (K800??) Thanks
 
Well I'm currently selling my N70 on the bay.

I've been watching the last coupe of auctions which end before mine and they've gone for;

There does seem to be some variance in the pricing! My guess was that people were not happy with the bids so got friends etc to post stupidly high ones!
Can you update us when you have sold it please!
 
Ive seen them going 2nd hand for £99 in various local phone shops. Only thing is they are on either 3 or orange, so even if they were a tenner it would be useless to me.

Once they become unlockable, i expect prices to go up.
 
Just bought one from ebay last night for £102 plus a tenner P&P, it is one month old.
I've been waiting a while to get one this cheep though, they normally go for about £145

Seems the person who put a bid in a the last minute is a Nigerian scammer :( Oh well I'll second chance it to the last bidder.

I think I bid on your phone and was then outbid by the scammer.
Did you offer me a second chance and I said I'd allready got another?

I have contacted a buyer about a second chance offer but that wasn't you. I'll see what they say if they don't decide to i'll just re-list it, bloody scammers.

EDIT: Highest bidder is now down to -2 feedback and the second chance offer person is demanding I pay postage. Cheeky beggar :eek:

Well locked fones tend to go for for around a ton, unlocked ones can go as high as 200, but the going rate is 170 if its boxed as new.

Sim free ones are obtainable for 250 bnib!
 
Well ive been offered £88 trade in for my 3230 so the N70 would cost me £12. But it would mean switching to orange until its unlockable :confused:
