How much is this old computer worth?

Hey, I've got an ancient computer that I wish to sell in the local paper, but I'm not sure how much to advertise it for:

Medion MT6
3.4GHz Pentium 4 CPU (Artic cooler 7)
MS-7091 Motherboard
1GB DDR RAM
128MB Nvidia 6610xl
DVD RW
DVD ROM
350W PSU
Windows XP
BenQ FP71V+ 17in TFT

I'm not sure what to do with the HDD. The original was 250GB, but is it safer to buy a new one?
