How much of a difference does this heat wave make?

5-10 degrees extra on my main rig which is watercooled, but a whopping 15-20 degrees extra on my second rig which is air cooled. Load temps by the way. As for me, i am cooked. Too hot for me!!

My idle temps are up by just over 10C, from around 37 to high 40s, my graphics has also been hit pretty hard, used to peak at about 85 now its at 92 :(

Still running fine though :D

Must be a n. ireland thing too:D, unfortunately my pc is in a room that gets direct sunlight from dawn to dusk, case and monitor are to big, and heavy to move to any other room.

cool ive always wanted to live in a lighthouse:D

mollymoo, that's either a faulty DTS sensor or a slight bug from using different temp apps where they clash with each other! :)

I have no other monitoring apps on bar this one and it just seems to happen once in a blue moon and sends my comp to sleep so yeah I would say a faulty sensor ................ pretty wacky huh

OK - the other day I was idling at about 52 degrees - not it is 37 degrees

I ran prime on weds and it went to 90 degrees in about 30secs - not it hovers around 60 degrees. That can't be right?

I wrote down my temps the other day when I posted here and it was boiling, at idle cores for 44 and 45. Today when the weathers been back to normal, 37 and 38! 7 degree difference, thats quite a lot!!!

Although im starting to doubt its the heat, but my i7 920 at stock (with stock HS/Fan) has gone from around 32-40 on idle (at x12 multiplier) to around 50-60 on idle (still at x12 multiplier).
