Minimum frame rate is more dependent on the CPU speed (and its architecture) most of the time, and Crysis Warhead is less depending than Crysis...so I think it should be possible as long as the PC is well-overclocked and fast.
i run the origional crysis on ultra settings and its smooth as butter. they must have messed something up as im on a phenom which is a load slower than the core i5 and 7's
