How Much Power Do I Need?

Am looking to build a server out of my old Coolermaster Stacker containing:

1x IDE HD (OS)
10x320Gb HDs (Storage)
10x Icybox HD Caddies
1x DVD-RW
ASUS A8N SLi Mobo
1Gb Value RAM
AMD 64 3000+ CPU
1x PCI SATA Card
1x PCI GFX Card

Any ideas what PSU I would need? Would running dual PSUs be an alternative to one larger PSU as there is space in the case and possibly work out cheaper too. Also, if dual PSUs was a strong possibility, how do you go about connecting them up?

Just as a matter of interest how many hard drives fit into a CM 4 in 1 module? I tried four, but there's not enough space. Three fit easily enough though. Do you have a picture of the module with 4 installed?

i aint got all the components yet n besides I will be using Icybox SATA HD caddies n not the CM 4-in-1 thingy.
