How Much Power Do I Need?

I am getting a Core 2 Duo E6300 and a 7900 gs with a DVD writer driver and standard DVD drive. I'm not sure what fans i'm getting yet but I probably will overclock the E6300 a bit, but want to keep the system quiet so I don't want to get lots of fans if this is possible. How many watts do you think i'll need for this. Also I will upgrade to a 8800 and quad core when they are affordable so I expect this will make a difference to how many watts i'll need.

I think a Corsair 520W will be ideal, especially with that upgrade in mind.

Ive got an E6400, 7900GS, 4hardrives, 3 case fans, cold cathodes etc etc, and im perfctly fine with my 580W Tagan. i hope that helps.

Thanks very much for the advice, i'll have a look at between 520 and 580 then.
