How Much Power Do I Need?

Hi,

Building my first gaming rig soon and I had a question for the more experienced people out there, how big of a cpu do I need for a computer with a hex core and crossfire hd 5870s, I was initially thinking a 850w?

If you can be any help I would appreciate it.

650 -750 will be fine.

Hi Naz,

850 is probably a little overkill, 700 should do you fine.
Just a note - you put "cpu" instead of "psu"... hopefully you won't get them mixed up when you order!

A quality 750W psu like Antec TruePower New Modular 750W will be more than enough.
