How much should I offer?

My friend might be selling the following PC, but doesn't know how much to ask for.. and I'd like to make him an offer. How much would you offer?

Intel i7 920 @ 4GHz
Asus Rampage II Extreme
6GB 1600mhz RAM
30GB OCZ Agility Solid State + Samsung SpinPoint F1 320GB SATA-II 16MB Cache
ATI Radeon HD 4890
SB X-Fi Xtreme Music
Windows 7 Home Premium
Lancool Dragon K62 Case

Plus, I've been banned from the MM for trying to help someone a while back, which classed as trashing a sale or something.

Id have a guess at around £700. The 4890 lets it down a bit

So I would offer around 500-600 since it is second hand and for how long he's actually had it, since overclock the i7 does make it last a lot shorter, and the temps it has.

Or to be safe about it, price up all the hardware in it, and how old it is then offer him based on that.

The 4890 is a Cracking card but I wouldn't offer no more than 500 quid, He'd come back with 600 & we would Hopefully settle at 550.
