How much to charge ? fitness event

i have to quote to photograph a fitness event (very large company)

in nottingham (im in london)

photography from 8am to 2.30 pm

i have no idea what to quote for the photorgaphy and or the travel

any help appreciated

would drive. . would something like that warrant a hotel the night before? to be ready to go nice an early or should i be expected to drive 3 hours and get there for an early start?

my hourly rate i guess around £ 50-70 is that realistic ?


also , do they get full rights to the images (and i have right to use them in my portfolio) ?

it will be professional with insurance and lots of backup equipment invoiced as a sole trader.
