How much to charge for external work?

Evening peoples!

I am self employed with my own computer support company, however my previous employers remain close and an office is very local to me and they have suggested the idea of a 'retainer' type setup for me to support that particular office (other offices are ok).

I was thinking along the lines of £200 per month retainer fee, which includes the first hour of support (remote OR on-site).

But then what other kinds of terms do you all use/recommend? Obviously I can't be on a 'drop everything and attend' type contract as I could well be on other jobs for my company, but by the same token if I am paid a retainer there maybe needs to be some sort of agreement, perhaps relating to urgency, ie 4 hour emergency with increased hourly charge, 24 hour notice, usual fee, etc etc

It's quite new to me so would appreciate any advice :)
