how much to respray bonnet

VW Polo needs bonnet resprayed, can anyone tell me a rough cost of this so I have a ballpark figure in mind and avoid getting ripped off, thanks

I was bored yesterday so I sprayed my keyboard hot pink and gunmetal black.

As long as there's no dents or other damage you want sorting on it, I would've thought you could get it done for around 100 quid plus vat or possibly a bit less.

Cheap. I'd expect to pay ~£130 at my local sprayer.

Depends what colour and how much if any blending needs to be done. You might end up having the wings done to blend it in properly. I would allow around £300 at worst.

Must be black or white, failing that fairly new. If not I doubt a reputable spray shop would quote that price without being a favour considering the amount of prep goes into bonnets with all the chips etc.

I'd look into getting a bonnet in the right colour off a breaker. If you can find one it'll probably work out cheaper.

Hrm I'm paying £250 for bonnet, front bumper and wing mirror casings + small touch up on rear bumper. The guy is top notch though and is a good mate of my brother in law so not getting hammered too much.

Indeed. Maybe it's a rattle can job (or mates rates, in which case is useless info for the OP)
