How much to spend on an iron?

Hey all.
My current iron was £9.99 and is quite poor. No matter how hard I try my work shirts look average at best.
I am by no means any good at ironing, but how much is a good ballpark figure to spend on one that isn't crap? Looking online they range from £4-£200.

The same goes for my £8 ironing board too

The iron in that video looks like a very expensive one.
My cheap one is appalling! I saw a very wide ironing board in Costco that would almost certainly be better than my Tesco value one
