How much V core is to much?? (Intel 6950x)

So I'm looking at the the latest intel Cpu's
Fewer cores, fewer threads and a not that an impressive boost speed all cores given that my old i7 6950x will hit 4.4ghz across all 10 cores given enough voltage considering the 11th generation has had 4 more years development.
So in pursuit of the maximum all core speed what's the maximum voltage one can give the i7 6950x without killing it?
What's the best single core speed someone has got off one of these chips?
Under water of course as I cant be bothered to try and seal it up under my old Prometeia Mach II GT and for the record that thing took my AMD FX53 from 2Ghz to 3.1 Ghz, how's that for an overclock??.

4.4 is pretty much the most you can expect from a 6950x. And as for vcore 1.4 is as high as I would go with a daily overclcok and that's pushing it. It's not vcore that kills these chips it's the sa voltage so keep this under 1.2v .
