How much wattage do i need?

I think it would be able to as the 670 is quite a low power card, however i'd say 500W and a slightly 'better' one, as I don't know how well built the be quiet! ones are.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 670 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 670 SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

I'd go for:

or if you want modular:

Hmmm, I see you have the same case as myself and similar specs, what PSU do you have, and how is cable management with it?

I've got this PSU:

Though I sort of wish I'd picked the OCZ one as its fully modular, and actually more powerful (the CM has 40A on the 12V rail).

Cable management is pretty good, and the cables reach everywhere I need (e.g. going round the back). I really quite like this case :)
