How much would it cost to put these MOT advisories right?

I’m looking for a new car, just a cheap runaround, and I’ve found an i20 that fits the bill in every way, except... I checked the MOT and it turned up these slightly worrying advisories. My question is how much would these cost to fix, because I’ll need to factor this cost in?

Repair as soon as possible (minor defects):
  • Front Lower Suspension arm ball joint dust cover severely deteriorated both (5.3.4 (b) (i))
Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
  • Front Inner Suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement both (5.3.4 (a) (i))

The car has about 50,000 miles on it. So this is to be expected?

Would you guys get both things done at the same time?

I ended up leaving the car because when I went to see it there was rust on the boot door sill exterior. I’m looking at a CRV now. Bit different :D
