How much would it cost?

I am very keen to know how much it would cost to design a site like http://my700x.com/from scratch.

I'm not talking about making a clone of this but instead something completely original, with the same quality finnish. Any thoughts?

It's very pretty and yes it has a good quality finish.
I would estimate £3029.33

How do you know where you going? The buildings in the flash don't tell you :confused:

The link bar on the left randomly appears and disappears I can't seem to get it to stay there.

Gah....

I take your point but I think that you are meant to "explore the island" so in that respect it works quite well. I would have thought roughly £150-200/hour for design + royalties for any graphics used, models etc. Most likely tens of thousands in total.
