How noisy is this X1950?

Hi, I need to buy a decent AGP graphics card and I have spotted this one on here:
Sapphire ATI Radeon X1950 Pro 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI (AGP) - Retail

My question relates to how noisy is the fan and are there any issues with the current OcUK stock?

i can report on the noise, but not sure about the stock, have one running in a spare rig, runs about 20-25dB i think

I replaced the fan on my pci-e version after a few weeks, and I'm not that fussy about noise....I know it's a lot quieter now!
