How often do you change your mouse?

Changed to a razer diamondback back in 2005 and last August I decided to change it to the 3g version. I changed mostly because the new one looked sleeker, while my old one was quite worn down (still very useable). It also meant I could offer it to someone as a gift.
 
I've got a Diamondback (original) and I'll replace it when it breaks.
Might replace the feet at some point before that though if it really needs it.

If/when I do it'll be another Razer Diamondback, or whatever the current equivalent is (left handed so I require an ambidextrous mousey).
 
Logitech are replacing my G5 free of charge, which is nice of them due to a faulty scroll wheel. :)

I'll certainly be buying Logitech in the future, but in the last 3 years I've had an MX500, a G7 and a G5.
 
When it breaks, Still have our original Microsoft Intellimouse that came with the windows 98 system we had, still solid as ever thats one a spare machine, I did buy a Cybersnipa Swat mouse which only lasted a year and I would never suggest that to anyone, now I have gone for a Logitec Lasermouse 1000 from amazon for a tenner and waiting to use it, hope it lasts a few years yet
 
i change mine every 6 months as i get bored :)

Mightymouse (still have)
Razer lachesis (still have)
 
If I reach a point where I can't repair my current MX518 I will be devastated.

Logitech need to release a worthy successor, now. :)

Had the same IntelliMouse Explorer 3 for years now. I've been hovering over the Razer DeathAdder's 'Buy' button for a few days now... :rolleyes:
 
theres a lot better than the g5. I hated it :/

Get a kone, hopefully my "fixed" one wont break :) If so, its my perfect mouse.
 
Currently ive just got a cheap mouse off a popular auction site that changes colour every few seconds. Had no problems with it so far and looks pretty cool in the dark :p
 
im on my 3rd mouse in 15 years :). fist was what ever AST supplied with my pentium 1 pc. 2nd mouse was an microsoft intellimouse. 3rd mous is what i have now logitech mx310. no plans to change untill this breaks

is it an xraider one? i had that one for almost a year till the cable wore out. i replaced it with a wireless microsoft one.
 
Used logitech wireless mouse that came with 3200 bundle for about a year until I found the G9, been using that since this time last year - though it needs replacing as the wheel is going a bit. Must be a yearly thing, bring on the G9x :)
Tried the Roccat Kone but didn't get on with it at all.
 
Every mouse I've had up till now has been one that came with the computer. Only replacements have been as a result of buying a new one.
With my first self build I splashed out and got the Roccat Kone which I've no regrets about. If it lasts a long time, I can't imagine replacing it before it gives up the ghost.
