Just out of interest really - not posting this in the sports forum because that will obviously skew the results.

How much does the 'average' OCUK browser work out? This can be active games, sports, gym sessions, whatever, just a decent session. Also I can investigate if I can create a poll...

I know few people who do no exercise so it'll be interesting to see if you guys match the stereotype :D

Last few years nothing. Woke up last week and couldnt see my toes, so iv started to go running and playing footy on local park with the lads on a sunday.

Taking things really slow only running about 2 miles a day at the minute as im really unfit lol
 
2 oin average but I consider myself to be very lucky.
I can go weeks without doing any exercise, I keep my shape, gain no weight (more likely to lose weight due to loss of muscle mass) and it doesn't take me too long to regain my fitness levels.
I do find myslef being myself being active when I can without actual sessions being involved.
I run up and down stairs rather then taking the lift, walk around at lunch, eat healthily which i guess all helps.
 
I do five-a-side on a monday for about 90 mins and then will try and get on the cross trainer at some point in the week for an hour or so, that is hard to motivate myself for, though.
 
Five a side twice a week atm.

Although im moving away so this will be zero until I buy myself a spinning bike, then it will be seven times a week! :D (well thats the plan ;))
 
Bash on the cross trainer most days a week (especially when going in for taught uni in the evenings).

Haven't been on it much in the last few weeks though from traveling and being lazy, really should get back on it.
 
I walk to the train station from home (15 min), then walk from the station to work (15-20 min) and all back again on the way home if that counts?
 
at least 6 days a week. 4 times weight training and at least 3 3mile runs a week for the last 5 years, need to get the bike sorted as summer has arrived, bit of a fair weather cyclist :-)
 
Commute cycle to work 5 times a week (6.5miles a day)
5-a-side Football once (and sometimes twice) a week

Walk up/down the hill I live on to get to Tesco and back when I need shopping, definitely a form of exercise, especially with 20kg extra on your back/arms.
 
Been running 3x week for past 4 months also do weights in between when I fancy it.

Realised I forgot to add what I did - I go every day unless I have a commitment that gets in the way, so anything from 5-7 (I put 6).
