Just goes to show it's all in the diet.

Definitely. Not to say that I'm 210lbs of pure lard though. I could just do with getting rid of the squishy bit round the middle. My legs probably weigh most of that. <3 squats. Can't do them due to injury at the mo though :(

Four times per week would be the average for me, normally three times in the gym although days will vary and once playing badminton for a couple of hours. I'll sometimes go running or do other exercise during the week as well but that's the most common pattern.

Like most people on OCUK I'm 6'3 and made of solid muscle, so despite my sedentary lifestyle I don't need to do any exercise beyond flailing around with my nunchaku from time to time in my bedroom.

5 days a week, twice a day.

Cycling 4 miles to and from work.

Best way to exercise for me, I have to get to work each day so the discipline of doing it is ingrained, unlike if I had to go to a gym in my free time - I'm honest enough to know I'd skip it around half the time.

Also often ride another 8 miles or so in the evening around Richmond Park in the summer.

.

I cycle about 80 miles a week and run a bit. I need to train for a half marathon but I have been having some knee trouble. I voted 5 days.

Doing a power-lifting routine, so 3 times a week doing bench-press/overhead-press/squats/dead-lifts & barbell rows - Oh & with 2 cardio days (with 2 days rest)

Swim, punchbag + skipping, HIIT or Longish run every morning, weights 5 days a week in the afternoon. In the evenings i have mma & 5 a side once a week. I also do a full days mountain bike ride every weekend.
